    • 2nd Assistant Manager
      • Jun 2014 - Present

I answered customers' questions, addressed problems and complaints professionally, and would always come to a satisfying resolution in order to keep the customers' business. I processed all sales transactions accurately and in a timely manner. I also demonstrated leadership qualities by directing some of my fellow co-workers in order to maintain fast and friendly service for our customers. I was then promoted to management where I have taken on new duties. These include, counting the stores safe, checking money drops for accuracy, taking store inventory, conducting interviews, ordering stock, making work schedules, and reporting to upper management about the status of the store.

      • Jan 2017 - Mar 2017

I conducted fitness assessments on participating students that gave them an overall idea of how fit they were. These tests assessed the five components of health related fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, muscular flexibility, and cardio respiratory endurance. After all tests were completed, I would give the participants a print out of their results as well as charts of comparative data to see which percentile they fell into. Participating in this internship gave me excellent experience with interacting with patients and building a rapport with them.

      • Mar 2016 - Sep 2016

As part of the Flow team, I worked overnight with shifts starting at midnight. I unloaded delivery trucks and placed each item on pallets that were designated for certain areas of the store. Once the pallets were full I would wheel them out using a pallet jack and place in their corresponding areas. When all of the pallets were placed in the store the team would begin opening the boxes and restocking the shelves. While doing this I had to make sure the items were in the correct place, make sure each individual item was free of damage, and make sure to put the newer items in the back to ensure the older product was sold first. I took on additional duties for backroom inventory, I would use our scanners to place all back stock items in our back rooms to ensure they were organized and easy to find when needed.

    • Safety Marshal
      • Jul 2010 - Oct 2014

I was accustomed to a fast-paced work environment while ensuring customer satisfaction by serving them hot and ready food. As Safety Marshal, I was responsible for maintaining store safety by completing a daily safety checklist at the beginning of each shift. This was completed in order to ensure there were no safety hazards in the store, as well as making sure that all crew members were following safety procedures. I would attend safety meetings once a month to learn any new information on store safety policies/procedures and then relay this new information to my fellow crew members.
