Most of the work I've done lately has been around building near-real-time pipelines for processing (analyzing and storing) lots and lots of data.

  I used mostly C# and .NET to write tools for Spreetail's accounting team to keep track of the financial state of the company. This included inventory value calculations, aggregating sales data from over a dozen marketplaces, and really diving into the accounting practices here to make sure we were delivering reliable and correct information. Along with that, I worked on architecting new systems (and re-architecting old ones as needed), improving the reliability and uptime of our software, and improving our software practices.
