I've had the pleasure of working with Andrew at a few different stops now and continue to be impressed. Besides being a completely dependable, loyal, trustworthy, asset to the team, here's some outstanding skill sets Andrew possesses: - Strategic Planning - Soup to nuts, Andrew is a thinker that can plan an account from ideation to tactical implementation, and anywhere in-between. He's deep in tactical understanding, separating him from many high-level players who can't take big talk to reality. In my experience, this is a big deal - his plans are encompassing, team uniting, and most importantly produce business up-tick. - Team Management - Andrew is a good manager, and is able to set up operational systems for scale building. - Account Management - As any strong planner knows, account management is part of the drill, whether directly responsible or not. Andrew has shown time and time again that he can take the bull by the horns and run an account, or play the role of a great strategic partner with an account manager from a planning perspective.
