Bio
Jeff Rees
Andrew has worked for me for almost a year when I joined Haworth. During this time, I have found that he has a very good working knowledge of materials used in the manufacturing process for furniture, as well as fully understanding the processes required from CNC routing, frame construction, gluing, upholstery, and finishing out with hardware. He has taken a lead roll on Product Validation builds for new products. The company has been going through changes that require complete reconfiguration of the facility, and he has provided valuable input in making these changes. His primary task has been to create and update work instructions. He has also taken on the roll of maintaining a tool crib for tooling required on the production lines. He has always been willing to take on additional tasks as required. He works well with others and the operators respect him. He is well organized and is eager to learn new computer systems (SAP) that Haworth is transitioning to, having completed several modules on routings and BOM's.

I am writing this to recommend Andrew Dilley. Andrew has outstanding organizational skills. He is able to successfully complete multiple tasks with favorable results, despite any deadline pressure. He is highly self energized, eager and willing to learn, he is very intuitive when it comes to quickly understanding what employers want and how to best help them meet their business needs. He would be an asset to any company
