Andrew and I have worked together while he was at the Doctor Who Experience and Character Kingdom and I was working for Pyramid Intentional as a supplier to both companies. We have collaborated on product development and range implementation, both with great success. Andrew has great vision and a real eye for the little details needed to fulfil this vision. He is always articulate in what he is looking to achieve while having a realistic and flexible approach. In his time at the Doctor Who Experience he was a vital part of that team and the amazing experiences for Doctor Who fans young and old.

I worked with Andrew for 5 years; dedicated, conscientious and supportive are the characteristics I got to know. We worked together on the retail and wider commercial development of a key BBC brand’s offer in a visitor/event attraction business, but Andrew’s remit in this was much broader, linking up with internal BBC consumer products division, developing relationships and the offer provided by key, external licensees as well as being part of the senior management team responsible for the operations of the site. Alongside taking a creative lead in product designs, which were informed by his understanding of the brand’s audience/customer base, his approach effected a near 100% increase in revenues from his business area. Such a key result was achieved based on his strengths in collaboration and working with others across different platforms, managing a team and an effective and practical understanding of overall strategy.
