I have worked with Andy twice, both times as his boss. He is an exceptional talent, developing pragmatic solutions to design challenges. He also does whatever is necessary to get any job completed and given the right set of circumstances I would work with him again in a heart-beat. Yes, I definitely recommend him as a very valuable asset.

Andy is a well rounded Engineer with a broad range of attributes and skills. He displays maturity beyond his years, being a professional, amenable and popular individual who is a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andy to any prospective employer who needs somebody to hit the ground running.

Responsible, via the District and Area Officer, to the Captain of the Sea Cadet Corps. My role is to manage the efficient running of TS Ashanti, and ensure the delivery of the Sea Cadet Experience. We focus on developing young people and offering them opportunities that would, perhaps, be out of reach to them otherwise. This is done through a syllabus of lessons as well as courses accredited by a number of recognised organisations such as BTEC, RYA, D of E, HSE and more. My primary purpose is to ensure that the aims of the Sea Cadet Corps are met. In order to do this I ensure that the cadets have a safe and productive environment to be in and push our staff to deliver the following corps values: Commitment - To do what I say I will. Honesty and Integrity - To tell the truth and be a good person. Loyalty - To be faithful to all who invest in me. Respect - To appreciate and be considerate to others. Self Discipline - To do what I must. We offer young people a safe haven with a genuine opportunity to make the best possible start in life. This is voluntary role, but the work that everybody does within this charity is truly amazing.
