Andrew is one of the most hardest working, adaptable, versatile, and genuinely kind people I’ve ever worked with. I’ve seen his professional growth up front over 8 years and he’s met every challenge and new opportunity with skill and a can-do attitude. When our customer success organization started to onboard a dedicated case support team in Bulgaria Andrew was the natural choice to help build that team. He had excelled in case resolution, management, and customer satisfaction and he leveraged that vast experience to train and truly enable that team on a technically complex product with a dizzying amount of customer use cases. I have hundreds of more words I can say about him, from war stories on our accounts, to the way his customers have a glint in their eye when they speak of him, but I’ll leave off with this - he’s a Swiss Army knife of a talent and I’m grateful for having known and worked with him.
