Led several business transformation projects, including strategy formulation where alongside the CFO we distilled a very complex business strategy and structure into a strategy on a page (SOAP) to ensure all colleagues had individual objectives aligned to the same. Formulated an operational change programme and developed and embedded a new service mission across property teams on the back of the changing nature of on site customer experience. Embedded work streams from onboarding colleagues to bringing commercial and operational teams closer together, role rebranding and redefinition and integration of a new property service structure. The creation of the Strategic Project Management team, who annually set out a framework that draws together our strategic direction, setting out meaningful objectives and actions which roadmap how we will move our business forward, all of which link into the Bruntwood Group SOAP.Introduced the business to strategic sprint methodology, providing agile project management principles which allowed us to move at pace and measure progress effectively.
