  Originally joined Affinion as an outbound Telemarketing agent and had great success in selling their leisure, ID theft and card protection products. I then joined a team in Feb 2012 set with the task of setting up a company within Affinion called Dialogue which would outsource its own business ranging from B2B appointment setting, customer surveys, outbound sales and customer service. In Feb 2013 I moved to the Packaging department which services customers of the RBS group who have a packaged bank account.
