In that role I worked with clients to customize Palantir's products for their needs. Fast-forward a few years and I managed a team of about two dozen engineers working on Palantir's commercial client implementations. After 5 years working directly with clients, I switched to Palantir's product team. I began Palantir's Foundry product, with a small prototyping team. A year later Foundry was deployed to Palantir commercial clients. The team grew to about 50 people across developers, designers, QA and PMs, the responsibility of which was split between me and another Palantir lead. After Foundry was launched and deployed I moved back to a prototyping role, developing tools to monitor Palantir's growing list of deployments and users. And after about a year of that, it was time to move on :) Show less
