  As part of a University Module I took on a short 6-week assignment with other course members to do a Communications Audit for Leeds City Council (LCC). I specifically oversaw collecting primary and secondary data that could better inform LCC how improve scheduling and facilities based at council run events. Following this and taking time to analyse the data we had collected, we prepared a 40-minute presentation that we delivered to key council members. Following this and taking time to analyse the data we had collected, we prepared a 40-minute presentation that we delivered to key council members. We then compiled our findings and suggestions for improvement in a 60-page report that we handed over to Leeds City Council at the end of the project. Leeds City Council plans to implement some of our long-term suggestions, including recommendations for transport and creating new connections with care homes and taxi companies.
