As a director of this company and since it's inception I took on most aspects of the everyday running of the business. From procurement, tendering, business development and all commercial aspects associated with the smooth operation of a profitable business. Although we had our ups and downs, the trend over the years showed a growth of over 100% for year 2011-2012 then over 300% for year 2012-2013. Our main business activity was mechanical services carrying out anything from commercial to domestic, new build, DLR works, London underground works, refurbishment and reactive maintenance.

Whilst working for Aqua-Air Hygiene I was responsible for overseeing a lot of communal cold water storage tank replacement works within social housing properties throughout London. Not only managing the work by liaising with main contractors ensuring minimal disruption to supplies to properties but also having a hands on approach and carrying out the works along side a small team of skilled and semi skilled operatives. As a supervisor on this hospital refurbishment project at St. Helier hospital I was responsible for overseeing the installation of the plumbing, heating and ventilation systems within the 4 wards being refurbished. I had a very much hands on role on the project, whilst overseeing other engineers I had the responsibility of liaising with site management and procuring materials to ensure the continuous smooth running of the installation.
