  Lead Age Group coach (9-14 yr old) Oversaw direction and development of the individual swimmer and group in a fun and holistic manner. Prepared the swimmer for senior level training, both in high school and year round swimming. In three years, developed four National Top 16 swimmers. 3 State Record Holders Multiple new club records Worked closely with the Head Coach in planning and preparing team goals, activities, meet lineups (via TeamManager) and strategic planning.
