  Since starting at Brennan Limited, I have developed to my current position as Site Manager. Duties include supervision of sub-contractors on site, managing health and safety, arranging on-site labour, ordering plant and materials and maintaining quality control. My key strengths include managing logistically difficult sites - handling the interface between the construction site, current occupants and the general public. I am commercially minded, ensuring that projects remain on budget and on time whilst keeping quality high.Projects include:Charterhouse Buildings, London EC3 - this is a commercial office refurbishment and two-storey vertical extension, with minor alterations to retail spaces on the ground floor. Installation of lift systems, new rooftop plant and enclosure, upgrading of the building with new windows and door, curtain wall systems, fire protection, lift and general services throughout.Bluebridge, Halstead, Essex - Refurbishment and reconstruction of an industrial unit, including development of office and warehouse space, roofing and external works.Pembridge Road, Notting Hill, London - Six 3-storey townhouses on a 100% infill site. Built to the Code for Sustainable Homes. Rainwater recycling, photovoltaic roof panels, underfloor heating and high-quality internal fit-out.Prime residential private house, Essex - Demolition of an existing house and construction of a new luxury house on the same site, totalling over 9,000 square feet. Similar in scale to a commercial build, not a domestic dwelling.City Road, London EC1 - A category A fit-out of the 3rd and 5th floors of an office block, requiring a full strip-out prior to fitting out the building. Demolition and enabling works of fixtures and fittings, signage and notices. Full M&E fit-out, installing raised access flooring.
