Developed a strategy to increase the recycling rates for the site with a new Environmental Protection Licence for Resource Recovery and recycling facility. Identified value and improved cashflow from recycling resources with new methods and alternate markets increasing the life of the landfill and benefiting the environment. Investigated the feasibility of a waste to energy plant.
