● Overseeing the operations of the clinic, including training staff and monitoring the Rocket Health clinic operations and quality of care offered to the patients. ● Managing the financial health of the Rocket Health clinic by monitoring expenses ● Work closely with the Commercial team to secure new lines of business for the Rocket Health clinic across all business segments say; B2B, B2C and B2B2C. ● Ensure optimal scheduling of the human resources at the Rocket Health clinic to achieve operational efficiency and adherence to the Rocket Health service level agreements. The clinical administrator will submit shift and monthly reports as required by the Clinical lead, coordinate the coverage of clinical staff shifts including nurses, doctors & specialists. ● Develop and justify periodic clinic operational budgets and account for supplies (both medical and non medical supplies) at the clinic. ● Monitor, report and present on the key performance indicators for the clinic and individual staff deployed at the clinic. ● Support the Clinic Lead in Managing and motivating and lead the human resource at the clinic. This includes but is not limited to the leave schedule, training, reward and recognition of the clinic staff, strict adherence to the code of conduct and ethics. ● Ensure that the Rocket Health clinic is fully operational and functional within the stipulated working hours. Oversee attendance of clinical staff including clinic, laboratory & pharmacy staff. ● Report to the Clinic Lead and HR timely on staff disciplinary issues that may arise in line with the relevant Rocket Health policies and manuals. ● Ensure exceptional relationship management with customers, service providers and other key stakeholders. ● Work with the quality assurance and compliance team to ensure exceptional customer experience for all customers that seek care at the clinic.
