Andrew has been a great resource whenever we need assistance in the areas of specialized lockers for our law enforcement projects. You can depend on him to give you a fair and honest assessment of all the locker products out there – his and other’s. He’s never pushy about endorsing his products. He gives you all the facts and data for your design and let you decide what’s best for your project.

Andrew is one of the sharpest young business people I've come across in my 25 years as a consultant and leadership developer in the business world. Andrew did a Leadership course with me in 2008: 10 weeks of hard work: reading, listening, problem solving, careful examination of one's own thoughts and actions as a leader, goal setting and goal seeking...all fitted in alongside a regular work schedule at his company (a manufacturer of billboard sign components, heavy duty lockers for first responders and police officers, and other custom products, with sales all across the U.S.). In spite of a difficult travel schedule, Andrew missed only one class, as I remember (which he made up). He always came with his homework done 100% and, weekly made significant progress on his course goals. Two things that really stood out in my experience working with him were 1) his can do attitude: whether reaching for an ambitious goal, fitting 14 hours of work into a 10 hour day, or solving a difficult problem (real or hypothetical); and 2) his selflessness--he mentioned (and I wasn't someone he needed to impress) that one of his strongest motivations for reaching his sales goals was simply that it meant that the plant could keep operating, and the plant staff could continue in their jobs. I really believe that Andrew is one of those guys you fight to keep, in any organization he chooses to work for. Based on my experience with him, I'd recommend him to any potential employer.
