  I was part of the ground zero team at Place First in 2013, which went on to be an award-winning property development company. I was heavily involved in many aspects of the business from marketing, sales/lettings, project management and planning. In my most recent role I was placed in charge of our flagship development in Liverpool where I oversaw 200+ units. Experience & Duties Residential block management Day to day management of sites all over the North of England Developing and using the in-house CRM system (property management software) Document control in keeping with GDPR regulations Communication with clients, writing reports and analysing data. Involved in the preparation of service charge proposals and tender documents for new business, alongside senior management Communicate with tenants to resolve problems and to build rapport in order to preserve customer satisfaction and consequently reduce churn rate Working alongside maintenance team within SLA agreement, obtaining quotes from contractors Conducting property inspections and visits Oversaw refurbishments in order to maintain a high quality of construction and to ensure compliance with construction drawings Worked closely with contractors working on the property in order to ensure quality control and budgets were met Involved in the continuous improvement and development of new technologies.
