I managed day to day activities of the store/ cafe including; rotas, working with KPI’s, managing staff and enhancing the customer experience. Before I started here there was no legal paperwork or documentation like staff folders, health and safety forms/ documentation, fire safety documentation and stock sheets. There was also no systems to track sales or activities in store, in which I have handled and now the store is compliant and organised with my own systems in place to track the stores performance. I have done plenty of staff managing activities such as hiring, disciplinary meetings and performance reviews. I have managed to decrease the drop in sales by covid from an average of 87% down to an average of 30% whilst creating solutions to save money for the store and company reaching 5 digits. During my time as General Manager our store made it to the the UK finals of the best Deliveroo Desert Restaurant, also with hard work we also made it into British Vogue alongside Billie Eilish.
