This position requires the employee to perform highly complex benefit administration responsibilities within the UW Service Center. The Person occupying this position should have working knowledge of HR, Payroll, and Benefit administration tasks within the PeopleSoft (PS) higher education environment. With the PS modules being very highly integrated and the HR modules driving the employee benefits, this position requires an understanding of the relationship and impacts that changes and updates made within one group of modules has on the others. Additionally, the University configuration is highly decentralized which requires complex problem solving and data management efforts. There are over 72,000 individuals paid via the PS HR/ Payroll System.
