  Job Description : Marketing : - Attending the Tender Process for Consultant - Making Technical & Cost Proposal - Maintaining Good Relationship with Client Operation (technical &administration) : - Preparing all document in accordance to ISO procedure - Collecting the reqired data for design (including Preparing the TOR for site investigation) - Attending regular coordination meeting during the design phase to make sure the design deliver the clients needs - Giving presentation in the tender process and kick off meeting to the clients and contractor - Attending the coordination meeting with the contractor (by request) during the construction phase to make sure all the design can be delivered on site - In this 4 year I specialized in designing : foundation (deep & shallow fro high rise structure max 64 floors (geotechnical & Structural aspect), soil improvement for access works, deep excavation (with maximum depth to 20 m) (geotechnical & Structural aspect) , substructure (basement) and low & mid rise structure. Finance : - Making the Budgeting Plan for the project
