Approached to lead a new Corporate position within Normandy Mining Limited for Safety.   Accountable for setting crude blending targets to meet product slate including gasoline (petrol), aviation jet fuel, kerosene diesel, LPG, cracker feed and black-oil. Developed the blending instructions to meet specification and minimise product giveaway. Ran the linear program (LP) model to optimise the plant for revenue.
