I worked closely with Andrew during the first stages of my business. He did an amazing job understanding my company needs in order to automate the processes in the meal prep business I was building at the time. He is a very knowledgeable individual, who keeps deadlines as a priority while doing his very best to achieve the more productive outcomes. Because he oversaw the automatization of my business, I was able to the reduce labor costs and more importantly to have time to focus on growing and expanding my company. Andrew always kept a positive attitude, even while working under pressure. He is dedicated, reliable and committed to his job. Working with Andrew was a pleasure and I highly recommend him for any position where he can bring his ideas and skills to make any project more efficient.

Where can I start? Andrew was invited as a key member early in the problem stage as a critical sound board on our strategic initiatives, assumptions, and as a technical delivery resource that we relied on to be right in his judgement all the time. We made a good bet and wouldn’t hesitate to do the same again. Andrew is most valuable for his thoughtful discretion and strategic vision. Tech can be delivered anywhere…vision and discretion though, that’s the good stuff. He has this in spades.

Programmed MATLAB routine which seamlessly fused three unique airfoil structures with angle of attack, chord and thickness taper as a function of blade length. Programmed macros to circumvent SolidWorks Student Edition limitations. Developed workflow yielding 1 unique rotor/3hrs (95% faster than peer yield). Final design 100% more efficient than competition. Discovered critical fail mode of remote control mining application and parameterized solution to the same – failure mode went unnoticed for 1.5 years of software development and, if enabled, may have led to serious injury/damage. Advised offshore design firm of software flaws and solutions to correct oversight.
