Supervised 8-20 construction workers, making sure they were using tools safely and keeping up the time restraints while repairing and waterproofing concrete parking garages. Gained perspective about the needs of a construction worker by performing manual labor such as jack-hammering, concrete forming, and laying concrete. Represented construction company at prebid meeting, gathered information on cost, schedule, materials, and difficulty for possible job site. Participated in meeting with owners and project managers discussing pay rates of construction workers in order to combat recent poaching by a rival company.
