  IT & Telecommunications outsourcing * Worked within the UK team, consisting of 18 members, on a pan-european account. * Responsible for controlling a multi-million pound budget, including production of the annual financial plan and the monitoring and reporting on the ongoing UK financial performance to the Central management team and Finance Director. * Utilised consultation and data mining techniques, to ascertain & reduce the cost gap delta to successfully meet mid year budget challenges, initiating and leading work-stream to reach targets. * Liaised with suppliers to ensure that they adhered to contractual terms covering both service and pricing. * Undertook analysis of high value billing to ensure pricing terms met and undertook claim management negotiations with suppliers regarding discrepancies in billing. Achievements * Reviewed a loss making telecom reselling service and through deep dive data analysis diagnosed key issues. Then implemented monitoring tools and negotiated with stakeholders to reach a sustainable solution. Achieved a £50,000 per month (30%) cost reduction and a £6,000 per month revenue increase. * Following consultations with stakeholders, designed and developed an Access based billing tool which allowed for handling of complex pricing solutions, enabling billing of over £100,000 per month to be raised against the customer. * Successfully undertook claim management negotiations with suppliers regarding discrepancies in billing, resulting in full settlement of claims averaging £150,000 per annum over the last 6 years. * Contract novation work, ensured successful novation of all major UK based contracts from Eon UK to T-Systems, ensuring a smooth transition of service with no impact on customer’s experience.
