DO is a Creative Advertising Agency founded by Andrew Dowling, former Group MD of Y&R Group Sydney and Tom Ormes, Creative Director of iris Worldwide, Amsterdam. Together, the duo have experience working in markets spanning ANZ, Asia, North America and Europe. DO is more than just a name; it’s a mindset that drives our every decision. Previously at Y&R Singapore & Sydney, Andrew’s experience includes integrated roles on a number of high profile regional and global brands. These brands include Ford, Honda, Panasonic, SingTel, Optus, FOXTEL, TABCORP, Avis, H&R Block and the Australian Rugby Union.
