I've been working with Andressa for more than five years, since the first AI Symposium from I2AI in Brazil and over the past three years we worked together in several projects. She coordinates all the marketing activities in I2AI, elaborate the calendar and content for the events, invite and work with the speakers, act as the host and moderator in several of the webinars, work with the committee leaders, with the associates and do many other things would take long to describe. With experience gained from working in several verticals including, Services, Industrial, Retail and Financial Sector before, her skills include all the aspects of Brand Management, from marketing strategy and planning to demand forecast, channel strategy, customer relationship... Para quem ainda não sabe, a Andressa é minha irmã. E tem sido muito mais que irmã desde que em 2018 decidiu regressar para o mundo de tecnologia onde iniciou sua carreira e fundar junto comigo e outros colegas a I2AI. Desde então é minha sócia e é dessa profissional fantástica que quero falar. Ela começou a trabalhar muito cedo em família, numa loja de computadores, e deve ter sido de lá que desenvolveu suas habilidades empáticas e comerciais. Tem uma grande capacidade de compreender oportunidades e criar situações de benefícios mútuos. Certamente foram nas grandes empresas que trabalhou: Citibank, Totvs, Voith e Itaú que aprimoraram a sua capacidade de executar projetos complexos. As experiências no exterior, tanto na Austrália como na Europa melhoraram suas habilidades sociais. Por conta de tudo isso, suas competências em comunicação, e marketing são extraordinárias, e seu olhar, que harmoniza estratégia com a operação fazem dela uma executiva fora de série. Não é à toa que a I2AI tem crescido de forma exponencial nestes últimos anos. Temos a sorte de contar com uma VP muito talentosa, que desenvolveu suas capacidades e competências por anos em grandes escolas e cresceu vendo a tecnologia fazer coisas incríveis. É muito gratificante poder trabalhar diariamente com essa incrível profissional. Tenho ainda um bônus: o meu lado irmão mais velho se enche de orgulho!
