Andres is one of the best delivery managers I've ever worked with. He has a great attitude in the most stressful of situations. Andres is very smart, organized and proactive. He's been instrumental in building a strong Salesforce development team at Open English. Andres has become very proficient when it comes to Salesforce technology in a very short period of time. He's not afraid to ask questions and is always looking to learn. One of his greatest assets is his ability to get other teams collaborate and to deliver as one cohesive unit.
