He's smart, hardworking, detail-oriented, proactive, and a great person to work with. Even after a 16-hour day at the track, he's still the guy to have dinner with as he's a wonderfully nice person. His attention to detail prevented many possible competitor problems, and his consistently high level of energy and enthusiasm for all his duties provided a tremendous level of support to Mazda Motorsports and the MX5 Cup teams.
