  Delivery Specialist/ Manager for Everstone Group As a Delivery Specialist, my job is to ensure that every appliance that is scheduled for delivery from the Lowes warehouse gets loaded into the truck Good communication with warehouse manager is required to minimize errors A minimum of 30 minutes before delivery call is required with the customer Being professional and all around helpful to the customer is a minimum Good chemistry with the helper is a must Delivery specialist and helper must ensure the appliance is safely delivered into house and installed to finish the job Delivery specialist must ensure that the job is completely done and that customer satisfaction has been accomplished If any appliances are to be returned, the Delivery specialist must ensure that they are returned to warehouse with the reasoning as to why it is being returned.
