Owned by Ashmore Group, Latin American private equity fund. - Participated in financial contract negotiations to secure financing debt for almost 70% of the CAPEX. This loan was obtained from an International and a local Bank and we secured financing of approx. USD 78 million. Responsibilities included needs assessment, financial modeling, supervision of contract negotiation, disbursements schedule, and presentations for the banks and the shareholders. - Led the financial and accountability area, as well as managed the contractual relationship with clients, shareholders, fiduciary, and banks. - Participated in the implementation of an environmental tax benefit for the purchase of the buses, and reduced income tax payments by USD 3 million.
