For such, and considering that nowadays the markets require higher service levels at a reduced cost, the warehouses/distribution centers have seen their importance strengthened within the supply chain. This project consists in the analysis and the study to improve the operations executed in the warehouse of the pharmaceutical company. For this project it was used the SIMUL8 software to create a model which allows the simulation of the several procedures done by the major components of a product manufactured in Recipharm.
