My experience was really satisfactory, as Andrei was always a very committed person, with a clear work methodolgy, he likes things to be done always in the proper way, keeping always the target in front of his nose, finding good solutions to unforeseen issues when needed, keeping always the control of the project. in my opinion he is a high-value professional. And when it comes to the human part.. he is a great person, friendly, kind and polite, who knows how to keep the balance between business and feelings :-)
