Conscious I had to shift from a project to a product mindset, and transition from a Plan Driven paradigm to Agile methods, I founded Apolonet.com to get real-world experience and firsthand insights into lean & agile product development. Global Service Desk Trainer

I have trained the new Service Desk team (20+ people) at ATOS’ premises in Tenerife, Spain, ensuring smooth transition to a Global Service Desk model.
