I managed Andrei directly as a General Manager of Office Solutions Minsk for about one year. In that period Andrei demonstrated his capacity as an excellent communicator and great organizer. He was able to find a perfect balance of working proactively to provide high-level personalized service to the customers but keeping the margin of the deals on the appropriate level. Andrei was very good at working with our suppliers so that to get the best price from them and keep their work within planned timeframe. He coordinated perfectly with his colleagues and united them for coordinated actions. Andrei is a good coach that can adjust his communication style to the person he works with. Besides it I can say that he has a great combination of technical and soft skills that allows him not only to be a successful employee for any company working with office space planning, design, furniture, construction but also a successful team leader of any level.
