  I have introduced LGBTQ+ stories to people in many forms and many contexts (co-production pitches, film presentations, Q&As with filmmakers, funding applications, written articles and so on). However, until recently, my professional experience filtered all these stories through the lenses of cinema and its implicit embellishments. As a director of development for MozaiQ, I am given the opportunity to bypass fiction and to work with real stories. Whether I am organizing fundraising events, writing funding proposals, contacting potential partners or organizing campaigns that lead to donations, my mission is to be a bridge between people.   Cineclub Queer was a cultural project which aimed to reframe the debate around queer cinema through a selection of contemporary and classical films screened at the Romanian Cinematheque, followed by discussions with the audience. My tasks included: the coordination of the entire project, the management of our financing and expenses, grant writing, the research and curation of the films, the development and implementation of the PR and communication strategy, the management of our social media accounts, the creation of video essays, event organizing and Q&A planning and moderation.
