I have worked closely with Andrew for the last 2 years in his role as Technical Lead & Scrum Master at SportPursuit. Andrew reported to me directly and it was a pleasure working with him. During this period Andrew was the Technical Lead for rebuilding the front-end of the SportPursuit Magento platform in Vue.js. This also included an abstracted, re-usable theme that could be applied to Eurosport Shop and other own brand transactional websites. His knowledge of the Vue.js codebase, general Software Engineering principles and other technical concepts is excellent. He generally makes good technical recommendations and is always willing to expand his knowledge about something if he isn't sure about about the best approach. Andrew was also responsible for effectively managing a small offshore team in a different time zone and I had full confidence in the decisions he made whilst outside the core UK working hours. He did an excellent job as as the Scrum Master and was always keen to improve the ways of working within the team.
