I work as an Extraordy dedicated engineer, in the unix team in Allitude s.p.a. The first project I started to work on was related to upgrade/migration of old sys major versions to new ones; most of the time the systems were EOL rhel6 and that almost always required some further planning and non trivial infrastructure related discussions in which I had the opportunity to participate. Upgrading a system is fairly easy for a couple of managed vms.. in Allitude I had the opportunity to face challenges regarding content/configuration management issues during/after system migration. Also because every change on a system has an impact on the services it interacts with, I learned how every operation has to be carefully reasoned seeing the big picture. In general I tried at my best to automate every process, whose automation would benefit my work or that of my colleagues: through Ansible is possible to automate system patching (even in complex environments..), service definitions, deploys, complex installations, .... that otherwise would take an uncomfortable amount of time; and with the aid of any kind of programming/scripting language supporting http (generally..) is possible to save countless hours of mouse clicking. Assistant Risk Manager

During the transition period of the PosteItaliane customer from an internal management of the fraud department to an outsourced one, I joined a team of professionals risk managers in the electronic transactions field. I had to learn the internal technologies of the company, and PosteItaliane's. I also developed scripts to automate routine tasks under windows environment. My main assignment was the management of individual cases arised in the system and customer contact.
