When I went on vacation, I handed the reigns of task prioritization and delegation to Andreea, knowing that she had both the technical and decision-making abilities to get the job done properly. Andreea was one of our most senior and most skilled developers. She was the lead programmer on several of the company's most important product offerings. Her code was readable and easy to modify. Of all of our developers, she was the best at making our products and features look good. I often came to her for help when I ran into problems that exceeded my capabilities with CSS. She was always happy to assist and delivered exactly what I needed. Overall, Andreea is an incredibly strong and capable developer with management skills as well. Having known her since she was a junior developer, I'm extremely proud of where she is today.
