I had the opportunity and the pleasure to work with Andreea over the last couple of years, in this beautiful company Yves Rocher. I was Marketing Manager reporting directly to her, as Head of Marketing. Andreea is a perfect professional, exceptionnaly combining intelligence, analytical and organisational skills, managerial competences and team spirit. She is the kind of person who doesn't say no to any challange, who puts enormous passion in every project that she is involved in and moreover, who is capable to transmit the same passion to her teams. As manager, Andreea is a leading model, giving directions and sharing knowledges but in the same time, giving to her teams the opportunity to work independently, to implement new ideas, to came with proposals, to grow. She always thinks and actions as a member of a team and not only separate, as manager. By recognizing and rewarding also team's successes, she helps her team to grow and to evolve. I would recommend Andreea as an excellent marketing professional, as a great manager and the most important of all, an exceptional human being.
