  During the internship I have learnt specialty human resources knowledge by working with the company's SAP database which centralises data management like compiling and updating employee records. I have also worked with their recruiting database, Taleo, in which I had to create profiles for all the canditates that were applying at Leoni on a national level, and attribute them to the position they were applying for if they were accepted. If they were not, I had to place them on a „dummy” position, which implied that the candidate was rejected for that specific job, but he was distributed on a waiting list in their database in case other positions will be opened and they might be suited for other jobs within the company.
