Department of Outgoing Exchange (OGX): The OGX department is the team directly responsible for taking care of local students (both members and non-members) who wish to do an internship through AIESEC. Together with the Communication and Talent Management Departments, they work to reach out, to recruit, to train and to follow-up with returning interns - simply providing the best internship experience anywhere. Main Responsibilities: Reviewing and selecting students who applied for an internship via AIESEC in Porto Católica; Coaching and following up on students during their applications periods; Handling relations with immigration and visa authorities on the behalf of students who get accepted for an internship; Receiving and caring for returning interns; Organize the Global Internship Program (GIP) and the Global Community Development Program (GCDP) with the OGX Department managers; Help students going abroad either on internship or volunteering with the necessary arrangements; Promote the exchange programs, recruit and select students interested in internships and volunteering.
