Andreas Wolf hat uns über ein Jahr bei einem intensiven Management Workshop sehr einfühlsam und professionell durch einen für uns und unser Unternehmen wichtigen Prozess geführt. Er konnte mit viel Erfahrung heikle Situationen meistern, ohne dass wir uns vor den wirklich unangenehmen Themen drücken konnten. Er hat für uns einen Raum geschaffen, der einen ehrlichen und offenen Umgang miteinander möglich gemacht hatte. Wir haben sehr von Andreas und seinem Know How profitiert und freuen uns schon auf weitere Zusammenarbeit.
