Since 4 years, Andreas and I have biweekly meetings as sparring partner around b2b sales including go-to-market-strategy, hiring/onboarding, enablement, processes, automation, KPIs/controlling, conversions, scaling etc. Andreas lives a systematic approach to b2b sales by example. Sometimes I get operational nuggets, sometimes visionary perspectives out of our early morning sessions. The way he brings state-of-the-art methods to the table is innovative and his empathic ability to listen carefully to really understand the desired outcome is outstanding.
