Andreas has shown in the short time that I managed him a great enthusiasm to learn and drive his own process improvement initiatives despite less than ideal circumstances as his whole onboarding was remote due to the Covid lockdown. He has really shown great skill in getting up to speed and having the confidence to lead in this short time as well as getting to the point of conducting training to others in this period too.
