Andreas has been a great colleague. We have directly worked on PLM space supporting users on various aspects of design, engineering and manufacturing issues. It was always great to see his response to problems and quick issue resolution time that always helped the business users. Apart from his regular work he always made sure to document issues properly that made life of other supporters easy avoiding rework on known issues.
