  Since the beginning of my employment at DSA I am the responsible of the hardware development department. My job is the coordination of all development projects. Beyond that, in the role of a hardware architect, I am actively involved in the design phase of every single hardware development project. Our hardware designs cover all areas of the classical circuit design: analog and digital circuit design, FPGA design, PCB design.   At Mavis I was responsible for design and implementation of algorithms for electronic inspection of sheet materials ("machine vision"). In addition, I was responsible for the design and construction of complete machine vision inspection systems, comprising: - Lighting installations - Camera Technology - Frame Grabbers - Computer clusters The installations were used for the inspection of sheet materials such as fabric, running paper webs, sheet steel.
