Andreas facilitated an excellent session for my team that was designed to stimulate debate on the role and application of Quality Management Systems in large scale service industries. His deep knowledge of the subject drawn from many different environments meant that he conveys his subject with a wisdom that is not often found. Ask him about being the first person in the aircraft with the pilot following a repair he's just overseen. That's commitment to quality!
