Andreas is a fantastic person to have in any team. He has exceptional planning and organizational skill and his attention to detail make him ideal for project management. Andreas also has a great personality and is able to work cross-functionally and at all levels. If there is job that needs doing, Andy is the person to do it right. Any employer will be a very lucky one to have Andy as part of their team.

I was present in South Africa when Andreas got elected as Mr Gay World. To be honest, the organization could not have found a better ambassador. Andreas has the right attitude to make feel people at ease, has the right energy with his enthousiasm and everlasting smile and has his heart on the right place because for him LGBT rights are human rights and he did all he could to use his title and personality to keep this high on the agenda of the media, the politics and the corporate world. Well done Andreas!

Rainbow Pride Auckland (RPA) was founded in March 2019 as a not-for-profit incorporated society run by volunteers to bring back an inclusive LGBTQI+ parade to the streets of Auckland for the following pride season in February 2020. In my role as Co-Chair (and in parallel for 12 months as Acting Board Secretary), I was fortunate to work with and learn from an outstanding team of committed, professional and clever individuals at RPA. Despite funding challenges and Covid-19 we managed to bring back a parade to the streets of Auckland and brought thousands from all walks of life together to celebrate diversity and continue to work together with a variety of entities in areas that needed advancement.
