  Since the beginning of 2010 I was involved in two projects. One is with the Office of Information Management and Information Technology of the German Federal Armed Forces and the other project was with the Bundeswehr Fleet Management Services GmbH. Both projects are situated within the public sector. The assignment with the Office of Information Management and Information Technology was an extension of an 2009 project. One of the upcoming tasks in 2010 was to secure and enhance the 2009 development and to monitor the current roll out. An other task was to extend the MDM aspect of the 2009 development and finally extend the overall information portfolio of the Office of Information Management and Information Technology by unlocking synergies of other development phases of the Hercules-Project (Name of the implementation project at the Bundeswehr) and to finalise the Management Cockpit for the use of the President of the Office of Information Management and Information Technology (Project-end January 2011). The assignment at Bundeswehr Fleet Management Services GmbH was also an extension of the 2009 project (went live by the end July 2010). My task was to lead this project till the state of final implementation and secure the going-live in July 2010 as the lead technical consultant.
