Andreas and I worked together for 5 years. We started out in a team of 3 with Andreas later progressing into the role of Department Head for Community Management, overseeing up to 8 team members. Throughout our time working together, I especially valued Andreas’ trust, his encouragement and guidance in my professional growth into a Senior role as well as my personal development. Andy is someone I can rely on 100% of the time. After joining Testbirds as the first Crowd Manager, he has successfully built our Crowd & Community Management department from scratch, doing everything from hands-on work to strategic planning and leading a growing team. What I value most about Andy is open and honest communication, which makes him very easy to work with and also a great leader. Andy is able to take on different perspectives other than his own easily. He's also highly structured in his daily work and always eager to learn new things. And when needed, Andy's challenging me and others in the team by questioning our ideas or giving feedback, always with the mindset of improving the status quo.
